CBRE Global Investors investierte € 60-Mio. in nordpolnisches Shopping Center

CBRE Global Investors hat den Um- und Neubau des Ogrody Shopping Centers in Elblag (Polen) für sein Property Fund Central Europe (PFCE) erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Vergangenes Wochenende wurde das 41.500 m2 große Einkaufszentrum, das mehr als tausend neue Arbeitsplätze geschaffen hatte, nach einer Bauzeit von 22 Monaten und Investitionen in der Höhe von über €60 Millionen in neuem Glanz eröffnet.
